Aldiron has fallen. Lord Draconeus, the “Last Demon”, has taken the city in a brutal siege. The kingdom has become a lawless battle for survival at any cost as the remaining few loyalists form a resistance against their new tyrannical ruler.
All is not lost however, as the royal line of Aldiron endures through Princess Iona Ravellan. Unable to return home, Iona must push forwards to find the legendary Brightblade and restore her throne. Accompanying her, Alyx and James Cobalt find themselves in new worlds, with new foes and friends alike.
But the question remains, will Aldiron and its people still be there to save? And if it is, will what remains be worth paying the costs it will take to save it?
